Seeds of Change: Week 2 Vedic Bija (Seed) Mantras
Week 1 Journaling Prompts:
1.What New Beginnings are happening in your life right now?
2.What is ending as this Begins?
3. What have you ended, overcome or achieved to arrive at this new unfolding in your life, and how are you honoring this time of growth or transition?
4. What emotions come up for you as you start something new?
5. Are you happy with the tools you have to deal with these emotions?
Week 2 Journaling Prompts:
1.What seed are you currently tending to on a daily basis?
2. A weed is simply a plant that doesn’t have any respect for boundaries, in life, our unwelcomed thoughts and experiences can feel like weeds. How are you keeping the weeds at bay as your cultivate your in your inner garden?
3. What in your life is growing without any tending to at all?
4. Reflecting on the previous question, can you adjust your sankalpa or seed intention so that it is able to continue thriving with less through tending and effort, and more through trust and surrender?
Week 3 Journaling Prompts:
1. How has awareness of your own habits or thought patterns presented itself over the past three weeks?
2. What is your worst habit that you know of?
3. How would shifting this one habit consciously for yourself, change the way your energy/presence is unconsciously received by those around you?
(example: if you quit smoking cigarettes, your space will no longer smell like smoke, and be a more enjoyable space for others to visit)
Week 4 Journaling Prompts:
1. What motivates you to keep growing as a person?
2. Connect to the 2025 version of yourself who is fulfilled, successful, abundant, happy and healthy. What message does she/he have for you?
3. What New Beginnings are you fostering for yourself as this course module is ending?
